How to Prepare Paneer Tikka in Tawa (no oven) | Grill Paneer Recipe\r<br>\r<br>INGREDIENTS:\r<br>\r<br>Paneer(Indian cottage cheese) - 200g, cut into cube shape,\r<br>thick yogurt - 3 tbsp,\r<br>Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tbsp,\r<br>Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp,\r<br>Garam masala powder - 1 and 1/2 tsp,\r<br>Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp,\r<br>Salt to taste,\r<br>Lemon juice - 1tbsp,\r<br>Red, green, yellow bel paper - 1/2 cup of each cut into paneer sizes,\r<br>Onion - 1/2 cup cut into paneer sizes,\r<br>Oil - 3-4 tbsp,\r<br>Bamboo skewers - 3 pieces, \r<br>\r<br>METHOD:\r<br>\r<br>Take a mixing bowl add yogurt, all the dry spices, lemon juice and salt, mix well.\r<br>\r<br>Put paneer pieces and coat it nicely with the batter.\r<br>\r<br>Add all the vegetables and again mix nicely then cover, keep it a side for 30 mins.\r<br>\r<br>Into the bamboo skewers first put a piece of paneer then put bel paper then put a pice of onion again put a piece of paneer, repeat the same process until complete the one bamboo skewers.\r<br>\r<br>Heat the oil in a pan put paneer skewers into it and roast it until golden brown, flip it and roast other side properly.\r<br>\r<br>Serve hot.
